Al Andalus Restaurants
About This Spot
Stepping into Al Andalus Restaurants is like entering a warmly lit haven where the rich aromas of Middle Eastern spices gently embrace you. Nestled along Jalan Delima in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s Imbi district, this Moroccan and Middle Eastern spot carries a calm, inviting energy that feels both genuine and comforting. It’s a place where time slows down, inviting guests to linger over moments of shared food and quiet connection.
The atmosphere here is relaxed and spacious, offering a cozy refuge from the city’s bustle. Whether you’re settling in for a meal with friends or seeking a peaceful nook to enjoy a shisha session, Al Andalus strikes a balance between familiar warmth and an air of discovery. The subtle hum of conversation mixes with the soft clinks of dishes, creating an ambiance that feels unhurried and intimate without ever being quiet.
On the table, flavors unfold with care and tradition. Dishes arrive layered with fragrant spices and tender meats that speak to time-honored recipes — from slowly cooked lamb tagines to fragrant biryanis and perfectly grilled kebabs. The sides and dips, rich with garlic and herbs, invite sharing and exploration with every bite. Sipping on thick Arabic coffee or savoring delicate crepes, visitors find comfort in the familiar yet exciting tastes that Al Andalus nurtures.
Guests here often mention how the atmosphere evokes an authentic Arabic vibe, a little escape that carries the spirit of distant places closer to home. Many find the setting perfect for connecting over meals crafted with fresh ingredients and a respect for tradition, while also enjoying the convenience of modern touches like a good wifi connection.
Though the experience leans toward the upscale side of casual dining, it cultivates a sense of belonging. Foreign travelers and locals alike find joy in returning, not only for the food but for the warm, welcoming rhythm that makes each visit feel like a shared story at the crossroads of cultures.

Ordered lamb tagine with prune- taste authentic and couscous vegetables is fluffy and buttery. A bit pricy but worthy.

If you miss an arabic atmosphere, this is the place for you! They have tasty food and drinks. Good wifi network so great place to work and enjoy. I went twice now, the first time I ordered shawarma and the second time I got an arabic coffee.

Icame from Saudi Arabia, and I tried this restaurant during my trip to Malaysia — honestly, it’s the best food I’ve ever had in my life! The food is super fresh, delicious, and perfectly seasoned. The service is also amazing. I stayed at a nearby hotel, and I came here every single day because the food was just too good to miss It’s funny that most of the guests are foreigners — Arab travelers really need to try it because it truly deserves more than 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honestly, I’m surprised by anyone who rated it less than 5 because the experience was beyond expectations! المطعم رهيييييييييييب ويستحق التجربه

If you’re craving Middle Eastern cuisine, this is definitely the place to go. Many foreigners also come here to enjoy shisha. Parking is not too hard but not exactly easy either depends on timing. The food is good, but the price… I definitely can’t afford to eat here every day since it’s on the expensive side. The environment is cozy and spacious, making it a nice spot for a relaxing meal.

One of my favourite places to have middle eastern food. Love the various types of dips and choices of rice and meat. Their tajine is very delicious. Can get shisha here too with various flavours.

This Arabic restaurant serves very good food. We ordered the grilled fish, and although it took about 40 minutes to prepare, it was absolutely worth the wait. We even came back for breakfast the next day and enjoyed it just as much. Overall, we had a great experience. Some of the prices are on the higher side, but the quality of the food makes up for it.
